Its highly functional design has given the venue the 40% of the national market and 60% of the local market in fairs and exhibitions.

It has 34,000 m² (about 365,970 ft2) of column-free space that can be divided into four independent rooms with 5,000 m² (about 53,820 ft2), 7,000 m² (about 75,347 ft2), 9,000 m² (about 96,875 ft2), and 13,000 m² (about 139,931 ft2), respectively

In addition to this, each room has its own loading and unloading platforms with hydraulic ramps, maneuvering yard with direct access from the street to  the exhibition area, and floor load capacity of up to 2 ton/m²

Furthermore, the spacious concourse located in front of the exhibition rooms facilitates the flow of visitors and features natural lighting and a   spectacular view of the Hipódromo de Las Américas

• CAPACITY: We use the pipe and drape system, which has a maximum height of 6 m (approximately 19.5 ft) and is generally used for perimeter closure for conference rooms, stands, and private events.
